I wonder if this has something to do with the increased gloom circling over Citigroup. I've heard from quite a few of you that the Smith Barney sale to Morgan Stanley had heavy Treasury involvement. I imagine that a reason the government would do that is because they want as much cash on Citi's balance sheet before..........collapse?"
