Dennis, is the offer still on the table? I would love nothing more than to go on CNBC and debate you. I'll give you my name and social security number if that helps! How did all these bloggers turn this down?? My only problem is I never actually insulted the man! If you listen the whole way through, "Mike the Blogger" seemed to be making some nice points as to why Dennis was seeing "Green Shoots" and Dennis cuts him off. Richie and I would LOVE to come across to Jersey and have a chat. We'll even bring lunch!

exactly aclol. Since I had the decision made for me I have no such issues! What pisses me off is how many places block our blog. It's just opinions, hopefully some informed ones mixed with a bit of satire. If risk management had better access to some of the blogs out there it probably would have helped last year!

concerning anonymity on financial blogs- there are a lot of youg bloggers out there with great opinions, but corporate policies banning blogging. If I had to choose between my Wall Street job and giving my true identity on a blog, I would stop blogging.
(my blog is not financial, and i work in a back office in Jersey City. but hey, the genius who invented the microwave was actually working in a weapons plant when he had his eureka moment)

Dennis pointed out the Beeker thing. Big mistake, I never heard of you but now it resonates. But Muppets rock, so not all bad...
And yea, attacking the bloggers was a publicity stunt to up the ratings. No such thing as bad publicity.
