Editor's Note--Well a 1-2 Sunday last week. With the Jets and Broncos not playing very well at all. Luckily, neither did the Giants. Big D often talks about these being his 2 favorite NFL regular season weeks. I'm sure you long time followers know why. But for those who are new, been living in a cave for 20+ years, or just forgot because of massive intake of egg nog, I present Le Grande Dique. Take 'er away Large Richard. Take 'er awaaaaaaaaay!!--R.B.
"This is one of the games that we NEED to win, so I think that probably drives us a little more."--LeSean McCoy, Philadelphia Eagles
Richie, we LOVE these last 2 weeks of the regular season. LOVE. The fans all get excited because they feel like their teams will play extra hard if they NEED the games, in order to advance to the playoffs. We also know this: The BOOKMAKER knows which team NEEDS the game too, and adjusts the line accordingly. We feast on this. FEAST. How? By going AGAINST the teams that NEED the games, of course!
The chiefs of Kansas City looked awesome last week with a new coach, new attitude, and new just about everything, and ruined Green Bay's perfect season. Strong stuff. And don't look now, but the chiefs are still alive for the playoffs!! But they NEED the game on Sunday. And before you say, so does the other team in this game, the RAYYYYYYYYYY-DUUUUUUUHS, you must understand, that if OAKLAND loses, they are NOT necessarily out of the playoff race. If the chiefs lose, they're definitely done. Oh? Mr. Bookmaker has made Kansas City 2 point favorites. We'll take the dog. RAYYYDDDDUHS.
The "poor man's" Tim Tebow? This kid from Fordham, in the "boogie down" (Bronx, NY), Skelton for the Cards of Arizona. They were washed up for dead. He comes in at QB due to an injury for Kolb, and goes 4-1. Cards are now 7-7 and alive for the playoffs. They NEED the game on Saturday. And again, before you get all wide eyed, the BENGALS are not necessarily OUT of the playoffs, if they lose. They would like to win the game. But they don't NEED the game. The Cards NEED the game. We'll lay the 4 with CINCY.
Finally, the Eagles are ravaging teams lately. They are finally living up to their expectations. It might be a little too late though. They NEED to win this game. They NEED to win the next game. They then NEED help from other teams. That's a lot of NEEEEEEEED. Again, DALLAS would like to win this game (and could clinch the division, if the Giants have lost by the time DALLAS/Philly starts at 4:15pm), but is NOT eliminated if they do. Philly is. DALLAS -2 vs the "NEEDY" Philly, is our play.
And if you wanted to sprinkle a little more cheer around, you might look to go against San Diego, Seattle, and Chicago, if they still NEED the games when they play this weekend.
So: OAKLAND+2 @ Kansas City, CINCY-4 vs Arizona, and DALLAS-2 vs Philly.
To all of us here, to all of you there, a VERY, MERRY Christmas. And what would a Big D holiday greeting be without the greatest Hawaiian Christmas song of all time? Nothing. Here goes. Good luck and god bless.

When you are in a not good position and have no money to go out from that, you would have to receive the business loans. Just because that will help you unquestionably. I get auto loan every year and feel OK because of this.
