Well Richie, many many folks were waiting for this weekend for sometime. The lazy days of summer? Its nice. The football? Its nicer. We are going to get after it right now.
Whats the problem with the NY JETS? Offense right? Now, what's the problem with the Bills? Everything right? Cause Big D is here to tell you, the defensive unit for the J-E-T-S has been on fire in the pre-season AND in closed to the public practices (which of course, yours truly has access to). You wanna talk about Sanchez? Tebow? You might wanna talk about Fitzpatrick. Who is that? Exactly. He plays QB for the Bills. He's gonna be on his keister a lot. J-E-T-S surprise to the upside this game and probably this season. Stay tuned. and Lay the 3 pal. Lay it.
It used to be the best bet in all of pro football. It didnt happen often, but when the KANSAS CITY CHIEFS were a home underdog, we used to pounce all over it! Then it got a little tougher. But guess what? It's back now. 6 in a row for the CHIEFS as a home dog. We'll be wearing our red and doing some sort of tomahawk chant while "Matty Ice" for the "Dirty Birds" is on HIS keister a lot too with coach Romeo Crennel's kick ass defense. Richie B, we are in KANSAS, and we are taking KC at home plus the 3 versus poor travelin' Atlanta.....
Finally, speaking of keisters, how many times do you think PITTSBURGH will knock Mr. Manning down in Denver on Sunday night? We say more than a few. It doesn't matter how well Peyton "looks", he aint in game shape. He will get there, we're sure. But its a tough task to ask in Week 1, versus an angry, revengeful, STEELER team. Denver is a small favorite (1.5). Take. Take. Take.
So to recap Week 1: NYJ-3 vs buffalo, KC+3 vs Atlanta, PITT+1.5 @ Denver.
