entry-level mkt feeling pretty good in suburban CT, cities not so much but, w/exception of Waterbury, not so terrible. stuff is moving, buyers are kickin tires and pullin triggers (i know u like mixed metaphors). $8k tax credit helps, don't know who was responsible for that one but a genuinely good thing done right. helps to clear the inventory which starts from the bottom up. lower fairfield county pxs down 35% y-o-y, realtors and papers tell u 20% less/plus but it's more than that to move the product
